What We Can Help With

Ways to Reach Our Team

01

General Inquiries & Feedback

Questions about one of our guides or a suggestion for a new topic? We welcome all feedback that helps us improve our travel blog. Our editorial team reviews every message to ensure we are meeting the needs of our readers.

If you found a hidden gem during your own travel into Egypt that we have not covered, let us know so we can investigate it for a future update.

02

Personalized Itinerary Advice

For those who want a deeper level of assistance, we offer a consultation service. We do not handle reservations, but we can help you refine your route, suggest hidden spots based on your interests, and provide a second opinion on your logistical plans.

This is a way to discover Egypt through the eyes of someone who has spent years navigating its landscapes and writing about them.

03

Media & Partnership Requests

We are open to collaborations that align with our editorial mission. If you represent a sustainable travel initiative, a local artisanal collective, or a cultural preservation group, we would like to hear from you.

We do not accept traditional advertising, but we are always looking for ways to highlight the work of those making a positive impact on Egyptian travel.

04

Reporting Site Issues or Errors

We strive for accuracy, but if you encounter a broken link, a technical error, or an outdated piece of information, please report it to our technical team. Your assistance helps us maintain the quality and reliability of our Egyptian travel guides for everyone.

What to Expect

Common Questions About Reaching Us

How quickly will I get a response?

We aim to respond to all digital inquiries within 48 hours during our working week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Cairo time. Messages sent outside those hours are reviewed the next working day. If your matter is time-sensitive, calling our office is the fastest route.

Do you handle reservations or arrangements?

No. Travel Guides Egypt is an editorial travel blog, not a booking agency. We do not handle reservations, payments, or logistical arrangements. What we can do is help you refine your route, suggest lesser-known destinations based on your interests, and share perspective from years of navigating Egyptian landscapes. For anything requiring a transaction, you will need to work directly with the relevant provider.

Can I contribute a guest post or photo essay?

Yes. We occasionally feature reader stories and photographs in our travel blog. Send a short summary of your piece — where you traveled, what you experienced, and what you want to share — along with a few sample images. If the topic fits our editorial scope, we will follow up with next steps. We focus on Egyptian destinations, travel into Egypt experiences, and the kind of atmospheric, story-driven content our readers expect.

How do I report an error in one of your guides?

Send us a message with the guide title, the specific section, and what you noticed. Screenshots help. Our technical and editorial teams review every report and correct verified errors in the next update. Your feedback directly improves the reliability of our Egyptian travel guides for everyone who reads them.

Can I come to the office in person?

Our Zamalek office is a working editorial space, not a drop-in center, but we welcome scheduled conversations. Call ahead at +201275055559 so we can set aside time. We are located at 16 Kamal Al Tawil, Mohammed Mazhar, Zamalek, Cairo Governorate 4271183, Egypt.
